Oyster Bliss Celebration Berkeley California

The southeast corner of Cedar St. and San Pablo Avenue in Berkeley is home to three outstanding businesses:  Cafe Fanny, a small French cafe started by Alice Waters, the founder of Chez Panisse, one of the most outstanding French restaurants in the world; Acme Bread, the baker of some of the finest artisan breads in America; and Kermit Lynch Wine Merchant, one of the most famous distributors of French and Italian wines in the world.

But if you are a home owner looking to list your property, the sad fact is that very few brokers or agents are fully aware of how to utilize this tool. If you are lucky, they might produce a passable video and then post it on their website, and think that does the trick.

The vast majority of home buyers are now taking their initial steps in looking for a home by searching on the internet. But they are not looking for the agent’s website.
